Responsibilities

The Global Creative Planning (GCP) team is part of the TikTok Global Monetization Product & Technology organization. We focus on elevating creative and content strategies globally and driving advertiser success through innovation. Our mission is to make our products a growth engine for TikTok's ad business by bridging global frameworks with localized execution and insights, including vertical playbook development, regional strategy, and enablement. We aim to scale solutions like TikTok Market Scope and TikTok One, enable data-driven decisions, and shape TikTok's creative monetization narrative.

We are seeking a Strategy Operations Manager for our London office to support the Creative Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, relevant experience in strategy or operations, and a degree supporting data-driven roles. As a Creative Operations & Strategy Manager, you will drive the success of TikTok's advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Excellence & Business Planning
    • Shape go-to-market strategies through collaboration and data analysis, identifying priorities and recommending actionable plans.
    • Lead strategic planning with operational rigor, including reviews and performance tracking against regional goals.
    • Manage regional projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
    • Improve creative operations processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Support revenue, budget, and resource planning for regional Creative Marketing Operations.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Manage the regional data analytics framework, including data hygiene, FAQs, dataset improvements, and dashboards.
    • Design and oversee reporting cadences to ensure accountability.
    • Conduct deep analyses on key advertisers and industries to support revenue growth.
    • Quantify creative KPIs and identify areas for improvement using data insights.
    • Communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Creative Product Marketing and Operations teams to drive success.
    • Coordinate with strategy and product teams to develop industry-specific creative playbooks for advertisers and sales teams.
Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • Master's degree in an analytical field or equivalent undergraduate experience
  • 3+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, or data analytics roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools

Preferred:

  • Strong project management skills for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
