Job Description

The Strategy and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic planning and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, market position, and long-term growth. This role combines market analysis, brand development, and strategic insight to support decision-making and improve business outcomes. Working in a competitive UAE market landscape, the manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans that support organizational growth and market expansion.
  • Leading market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer behavior, and new opportunities.
  • Creating and managing integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with marketing goals.
  • Monitoring brand performance and ensuring consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing content, product positioning, and promotional activities.
  • Analyzing marketing metrics and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Managing external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE advertising and data protection regulations in all marketing activities.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects such as product launches, customer engagement programs, and sales enablement tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in strategic planning and marketing management, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE consumer markets, digital platforms, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and manage teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
