Strategy and Management Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Support client consulting projects by conducting in-depth research, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform project strategies.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and strategic frameworks for clients and senior leadership.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with expertise in data analysis and market research.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-driven, deadline-oriented setting.

• Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or high-growth startups.
• Exposure to industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, or retail is a plus.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks like SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, and Business Model Canvas.
