We are seeking a skilled Strategic Analyst to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, focusing on operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision support. - Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing strategic plans and frameworks that align with organizational goals, ensuring actionable outcomes and measurable results.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to conduct business process analysis, develop performance metrics, and create dashboards to support decision-making.
- Project Implementation: Support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scopes and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Innovation Support: Contribute to the development of innovation strategies, including assessing emerging trends and supporting the implementation of new initiatives.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for mid-level management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or project coordination, preferably in government or private sector organizations.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools like Software AG-ARIS or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in developing performance metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent is desirable. Additional certifications in project management or process improvement are a plus.
- Nationality: Preference for UAE nationals, but open to all qualified candidates.
