Strategy Analyst – Group Strategy Office

An established Dubai-headquartered conglomerate, with core operations across automotive, logistics, and modern retail, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its Group Strategy & Transformation Office.

This role will directly support executive leadership and work in close partnership with the Group Finance function, playing a central role in strategic planning, market intelligence, and operational improvement initiatives across business verticals.

Role Overview

As a Strategy Analyst, you will support high-priority initiatives impacting group-wide performance and profitability. You’ll translate complex data into insights, evaluate commercial opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive value creation.

You should combine strong analytical skills with sound commercial judgment, and be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment across multiple sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution Support
• Assist in developing and tracking strategic plans, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps for various business units.
• Financial & Commercial Analysis
• Partner with Finance to evaluate business cases, pricing, cost strategies, and forecasts.
• Market Intelligence & Benchmarking
• Conduct research on competitors, emerging markets, and sector disruptions relevant to automotive, logistics, and retail.
• Executive Reporting & Presentations
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, including Board and C-level briefings.
• M&A and Investment Support
• Support due diligence, strategic assessments, and valuation modeling for new opportunities or partnerships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or FP&A
• Strong financial modeling, data interpretation, and scenario planning skills
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders and decision-making
• Exposure to multi-sector environments, especially automotive, logistics, or retail industries
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; BI tools experience is a plus
• Structured, curious, solutions-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in GCC or emerging markets is advantageous
