An established Dubai-headquartered conglomerate, with core operations across automotive, logistics, and modern retail, is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its Group Strategy & Transformation Office.

This role will directly support executive leadership and work in close partnership with the Group Finance function, playing a central role in strategic planning, market intelligence, and operational improvement initiatives across business verticals.
As a Strategy Analyst, you will support high-priority initiatives impacting group-wide performance and profitability. You’ll translate complex data into insights, evaluate commercial opportunities, and collaborate across functions to drive value creation.
You should combine strong analytical skills with sound commercial judgment, and be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment across multiple sectors and geographies.
