Our Client, a high level government entity, is looking for an Analyst to support strategic and operational projects by providing high-quality analyses and policy briefs for senior stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the success of key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management : Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Research & Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research on regional and global trends (with a focus on higher education and policy) to inform strategic priorities and produce high-quality briefs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and experts to advance organizational goals.
- Policy Development : Support the creation of management consulting-style presentations, frameworks, and policy recommendations for executive audiences.
- Process Optimization : Maintain institutional knowledge systems (databases, handbooks, etc.) to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Reporting & Risk Mitigation : Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in strategic advisory, management consulting, public sector, or multilateral organizations.
- Proven track record in coordinating complex projects and delivering actionable insights.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills (PowerPoint storyboarding/structuring).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse audiences.
- Rigorous attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
