Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Strategy Affairs professional based in Abu Dhabi to support development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will leverage strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills to drive data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration.

The role focuses on delivering regular dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within a dynamic Gulf market.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business intelligence, or consulting roles.
• Experience in stakeholder management within a multicultural corporate environment.
• Proven track record in the UAE or Gulf region markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic planning and decision frameworks
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage strategic projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and workshops to gather requirements and align priorities
• Track and communicate key performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Support the preparation of strategic plans, business cases, and executive summaries
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
