Job summary

Amazon in Dubai seeks an Associate Vendor Manager to recruit and onboard new vendors for Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. You’ll prospect, assess and integrate vendors, lead onboarding through first units shipped, and collaborate with retail teams to optimize catalog data and tools.

You will engage with potential partners at events, explain benefits of partnering with Amazon, and act as a trusted advisor while driving vendor performance analyses and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
• Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and reach out to new vendors and analyse their potential for Amazon.
• Lead onboarding steps, including catalog data integration and training vendors on internal tools.
• Be a business consultant to new vendors and provide insights for various business profiles and sectors.
• Plan, conduct, deliver and report analyses to understand performance of recruited vendors.
• Help develop recruiting and onboarding processes and identify technical improvements.
