• Identify and select vendors meeting Emarat’s quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors for reliable supply chains.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and address issues.
• Resolve vendor disputes, escalating to senior management when needed.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to align with Emarat’s goals and laws.
• Manage contract lifecycle including renewals and expirations.
