You will lead budgeting, risk management, IFRS compliance, and capital structuring while optimizing working capital and ensuring UAE Free Zone tax rules are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelors for treasury, finance, or related field.
• At least 15 years in treasury, corporate finance, or risk management.
• Experience managing treasury for multinational organizations.
• Deep knowledge of cash pooling and risk management frameworks.
• Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with UAE Free Zone corporate tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic management of treasury and financing services.
• Manage financial risk, debt, centralized payment systems, and cash pooling.
• Secure funding through shareholder loans, bank loans, and other mechanisms.
• Manage debt-to-equity structures and capital allocation strategies.
• Develop investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risk.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Free Zone regulations, and corporate tax laws.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning.
• Optimize working capital and manage accounts payable and receivable.
