Job summary

ecap, Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding group, seeks a Senior Manager – Treasury to lead corporate funding, debt capital markets and risk management. You’ll work with senior leaders to design financing solutions and manage a centralised debt framework in a sophisticated Group Finance function.

You will interact with banks, financial institutions and internal teams to deliver complex financing and treasury transformation projects, including systems and governance enhancements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in corporate treasury.
• Experience in corporate financing, debt structuring, banking facilities and funding strategy.
• Exposure to debt capital markets, credit rating processes and risk management.
• Advanced financial modelling including banking and investment committee materials.
• Experience in a large corporate or diversified holding group; GCC experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of treasury transformation, centralisation, and treasury management systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; Bloomberg experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree plus CFA/CA/CTP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of corporate financing arrangements.
• Collaborate with business units to assess funding needs and tailor solutions.
• Support debt capital markets activities and prepare analyses and materials.
• Establish a centralised debt management framework with covenant reporting.
• Identify and manage financial risks including FX and rate exposures.
• Develop relationships with banks and internal stakeholders including Investment, FP&A and IR.
• Prepare financial models, banking presentations and committee materials.
• Assist in designing the future treasury operating model and automation initiatives.
• Provide oversight of treasury operations and payments.
