Job summary

Cognita’s People & Culture function seeks a Strategic Projects Manager in Dubai to turn strategic priorities into delivered projects. You’ll own the P&C project portfolio, coordinating with Heads, Technology teams and stakeholders across markets to ensure on-time delivery and measurable value as part of everyday practice.

You’ll lead end-to-end projects, align priorities to the P&C roadmap, design future-ready people processes, and manage external vendors to achieve business outcomes

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in project or programme management, HR transformation or HR business partnering.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives on timelines across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-leader collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic projects end to end with clear outcomes.
• Turn priorities into defined plans with scope, milestones and owners.
• Run governance, status reporting, risk tracking and escalation.
• Identify risks and dependencies and drive timely resolutions.
• Track outcomes and embed value into business as usual.
• Shape the roadmap and people practices aligned to P&C priorities.
• Collaborate with Technology and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners.
