Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Transformation Portfolio Lead - Service Transformation to oversee the service transformation portfolio across PBG, WBG and the contact centre, driving adoption of a service transformation mindset and delivering differentiated customer experiences.

The role requires 8+ years in banking, strong communication, and proven multi-project leadership within financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of banking experience.
• Preferably 10+ years of relevant experience in projects / change management within financial institutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals (Prince2/PMP certification is a plus).
• Hands-on knowledge and experience executing and managing complex cross functional support and control groups banking projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and oversight of the service transformation portfolio across PBG, WBG, and the contact centre.
• Drive the embedding of a service transformation mindset and deliver differentiated services for private and elite customers.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple interdependent projects, overseeing interdependencies and resourcing.
• Coordinate Steering Committees with Executive Committee membership to keep changes on track.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or disagreements about project priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of project charters, BRDs, and project reviews.
• Translate business analysis, requirements definition, and business case production into implementation.
• Design strategies to ensure change adoption, including training and communications.
• Provide coaching to business units to enhance governance and change management.
