Job summary

Landmark Group in the UAE seeks a Manager - Supply Planning to oversee end-to-end inventory control, stock movements, clearance management, and system updates for UAE stores. You will align supply planning with commercial strategies and drive optimised stock utilisation.

The role requires 8-10 years in supply planning, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and collaboration with Buying, Brand Planning, Merchandising and Finance to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning.
• Experience across Apparel and Non-Apparel categories.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is mandatory.
• Proven ability to analyse sales, inventory, demand and supply data to drive replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across RDC, stores, outlets and clearance locations.
• Monitor stock availability, ageing and slow-moving inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Develop stock movement and allocation plans based on demand, capacity and business requirements.
• Optimize inventory to balance product availability and working capital.
• Drive liquidation of ageing and 18+ month stocks through transfers, outlets, clearance or write-offs.
• Manage defective, obsolete and non-sellable stock write-off processes with Finance and Warehouse.
• Track ageing inventory and minimize inventory losses.
