Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients in the UAE. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources and vendors, and monitor milestones and KPIs while staying current with SAP SuccessFactors developments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IT/PM or related field.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SuccessFactors projects within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions.
• Manage project resources, including team assignments and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Monitor milestones and KPIs, addressing challenges proactively.
• Provide training and support during and after implementation.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors developments and best practices.
• Oversee data migration activities.
