Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Stakeholder Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support master planning, buildings and infrastructure projects during the design stage. You will lead stakeholder engagement, liaise with government bodies, authorities and utilities, and ensure stakeholder requirements are reflected in project deliverables.

The role requires 5–7 years of stakeholder coordination/engineering experience, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication and coordination skills to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional certifications related to stakeholder management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain stakeholder registers, including clients, government entities, local authorities, utility providers, local interest groups, and other relevant parties.
• Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement plans and maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor stakeholder requirements and identify potential issues, risks, and constraints that may impact project delivery.
• Coordinate the submission, tracking, and follow-up of NOCs, permits, approvals, and stakeholder-related documentation.
• Prepare stakeholder progress reports, trackers, and status updates for project teams and clients.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions, ensuring stakeholder comments and requirements are captured and communicated to the design team.
• Liaise with internal disciplines to ensure stakeholder requirements are addressed within project designs and deliverables.
• Support the resolution of stakeholder comments and facilitate timely closure of stakeholder actions.
