Job summary

AM PM in Dubai seeks outstanding professionals for Purchasing and Supply Chain to join our team. You will develop supplier strategies, organize tender processes, and manage supplier performance dashboards.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations, supporting contract preparation, evaluating proposals, and driving data-driven cost optimization. Fluency in English and Russian is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supplier sourcing, and tender management from the buyer’s side.
• Direct procurement of products intended for resale within a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken).

• Manage supplier claims by documenting non-compliance issues, preparing claims, and supporting dispute resolution processes.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in direct procurement of products intended for further resale within a trading or distribution business.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
