Job summary

AM PM in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our sourcing and supply chain.

You will develop procurement strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery and quality. This role offers growth opportunities within a premium bathroom products company in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes and controls.
• Shape and implement procurement strategy.
• Optimize costs and manage the procurement budget.
• Ensure on‑time deliveries and quality standards.
• Manage turnover and stock levels.
• Analyze inventory and forecast demand.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and finance.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.
• Prepare procurement reports and analytics.

Tasks

• Organization and control of the company’s procurement processes;
• Development and implementation of the procurement strategy;
• Cost optimization and procurement budget management;
• Monitoring compliance with delivery deadlines and quality standards;
• Management of turnover and stock levels;
• Inventory analysis and demand forecasting;
• Interaction with logistics, production, and finance departments;
• Leadership of the procurement team, training and development of employees;
• Preparation of reports and analytics on procurement activities;
• Selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers, negotiation management.

Requirements

• Higher education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset, leadership skills, strategic thinking;
• Strong organizational and systematic approach.
