Job summary

BAYARA in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to manage categorized products, stock status, and supplier relationships. The role requires coordinating purchasing, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting project quotations.

You will monitor stock movements, maintain target stock levels, negotiate terms with local and international suppliers, and align with the Supply Chain manager to adhere to guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
• To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.
• Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
• Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers
• coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
• Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.
• To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.
• To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
