Job Overview
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will develop and execute category sourcing strategies, drive cost optimization, and manage supplier relationships across Amazon s procurement network in the AMET region. The role requires strategic thinking, supply chain insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with Amazon's business objectives
* Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and negotiate supplier contracts that maximize value
* Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in cost, service, and innovation
* Deliver measurable savings and report on sourcing performance metrics
* Analyze market intelligence and proactively identify strategic sourcing opportunities
* Align procurement activities with internal business partners and operational goals
* Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with sourcing policies and standards

Reporting & MIS

* Create and maintain sourcing dashboards for internal tracking
* Deliver regular procurement performance reports to senior leadership
* Track contract terms, savings benchmarks, and key supplier metrics

Required Skills and Experience
