Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role within logistics.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Strong collaboration with global procurement, business users and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement – Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with global goals.
• Supplier Management – Negotiate favorable terms, onboard new suppliers, and improve performance.
• Market & Data Analysis – Evaluate trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Contract Management – Ensure smooth procurement and optimize P2P processes.
• Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain supplier compliance and financial stability.
• Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring – Implement improvement plans and track category strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records and report sourcing progress to stakeholders.
• Business Support & Collaboration – Work with Business Development to develop pricing models for new opportunities.
