Job summary

digitalfarm, a UAE-based agency, is seeking an Account Manager – Social Media to lead and manage client accounts across a diverse brand portfolio. You will translate business objectives into social media strategies, oversee content, and drive campaigns through collaboration with creative, strategy, and production teams.

The role demands strong client servicing, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day account management in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• At least 2 years in an account management role within an agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
• Lead campaign planning, content calendar development, and creative briefing processes.
• Oversee the delivery of content and campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
• Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
• Manage client communications, presentations, status meetings, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Support new business initiatives, including proposal development and RFP responses.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
