Cartlow in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial operations and reporting for the MENA Group. You will provide clear financial insights to the CEO and work with management across the Group.

The role combines cash/treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and group reporting, requiring hands-on analysis, strong Excel skills, and a commercial mindset to drive better business decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including treasury or multi-entity finance work.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business drivers.
• Experience working with multiple entities or companies is highly preferred.
• UAE / MENA experience is an advantage.
• Experience working in a technology, digital, software, AI, or startup environment is a strong plus.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage (not required).

Aufgaben

• Manage recurring cash flow and treasury operations across Group entities, including fund allocation and intercompany transfers.
• Monitor P&L, cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual financial planning.
• Prepare budget vs. actual analysis and flag key variances.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual tax/compliance submissions across multiple entities.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external financial/tax consultants.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information across Group companies.
• Flag financial risks and opportunities to management.
