Job summary

Indusland Logistics is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in Dubai to lead all sales operations and drive growth. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, lead a team of sales executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet annual targets.

The role requires a strong track record in sales leadership, excellent communication, and a solid background in CRM tools to manage client relations and pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales with 2+ in management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed goals.
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and expenses.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to support sales campaigns.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry developments and events.
