Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in finance, budgeting, revenue management, FP&A, or financial performance management.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of government budgeting frameworks, financial policies, and performance management principles.
• Advanced analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA are highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue & Expense Section and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and enhance expenditure efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Drive financial planning cycles, annual budgeting processes, and long-term financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve resource utilization. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
