Job summary

dnata, a global air and travel services provider, seeks a Head of Strategic Projects & PMO based in Dubai. You will lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, drive governance, and ensure measurable business benefits aligned to the corporate strategy.

You will partner with the Executive Team to prioritise projects, manage risks and stakeholders, and build high-performance teams, delivering strategic change across dnata.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Honours degree in a Commercial/Business discipline.
• 10+ years in a Strategy and PMO centric role.
• Experienced leader of people, including virtual teams and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Programme Manager for selected enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, accountable for scope, budget, risks, dependencies, stakeholders and benefits realisation.
• Establish and lead the Strategic Projects Office / PMO, including portfolio governance and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps across business functions, aligning priorities with delivery plans.
• Prioritise strategic initiatives with the Executive team and conduct regular reviews of direction.
• Lead a culture of open communication and accountability within the senior team to deliver the one dnata vision.
• Manage and direct a strong team, leveraging diverse strengths for impact.
• Collaborate with IT to consolidate the Strategic programme of work.
• Oversee external contractors as needed to deliver projects.
