• Project Leadership: creates and leads the project team to deliver outputs within scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Project Team Management: manages day-to-day project team activities and defines roles and responsibilities.
• Project Business Case and Benefits Management: supports business case creation and benefit tracking.
• Project Budget and Cost Management: manages project budgets and reports on forecasts and actuals.
• Governance: establishes governance and decision-making aligned with practice.
• Project Plans and Controls: designs and documents scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, opportunities, and quality.
• Scheduling and Dependency Management: develops and maintains schedules and manages dependencies.
• Project Resource Management: develops and updates resource allocation plans.
• Stakeholder and Communications Management: manages stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Project Risks and Issues Management: identifies risks and proposes mitigations.
