You will own major programs, apply structured problem solving, translate data into actionable insights, deliver executive-ready narratives, and guide strategy to execution while mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• MBA from a top-tier business school.
• 10 to 13 years of experience in top-tier management consulting or central corporate strategy.
• Industry knowledge in Retail, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Goods.
• Advanced data analysis and hypothesis-driven problem solving (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory).
• Executive presence with strong verbal and written communication.
• High learning agility and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale change and execution.
• Deadline-driven, highly organized, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key strategic projects and initiatives with C-level exposure.
• Drive market research, benchmarking, and growth opportunities across brands and regions.
• Synthesize findings into executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Bridge strategy to execution with KPI-driven roadmaps and governance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior team members.
