Job summary

Analog is seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager to lead and orchestrate complex delivery programs. You will own planning of milestones, dependencies, and critical path in collaboration with the PMO, while maintaining RAID logs and ensuring alignment across parallel streams.

You will manage client-side dependencies, drive timely decisions, and coordinate with program finance for budget and scope alignment.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal project manager with experience on large, complex delivery programs.
• Strong command of critical path planning, dependency management, and RAID discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance/reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own planning of milestones, dependencies, and critical path with PMO.
• Maintain RAID logs and actively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure parallel delivery streams stay synchronized with the overall plan and resolve resource conflicts.
• Conduct regular program reporting and governance forums with clear status updates.
• Proactively manage client-side dependencies and drive decisions to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate closely with client counterparts to enable swift issue resolution.
• Coordinate with program finance controllers and principal product managers for budget/scope alignment.
• Escalate risks and blockers early with clear options and solutions.
