Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Specialist Product Control to drive risk management controls, compliance, and oversight of key investment processes for Elite & Private Banking. The role focuses on AUM MIS reporting, data accuracy, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration / commerce / economics / banking or finance.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment product, finance, IT and project management roles.
• Advanced knowledge of investment management, product structures, and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Create the monthly Asset under Management MIS report from multiple source systems with data sanity checks.
• Maintain product database as the golden source of product categorization.
• Coordinate with Wealth dashboard development for portfolio visibility.
• Support transformational IT projects including UAT and data migration.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle settlements and respond to investment queries.
