Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage category sourcing, tender cycles and vendor performance across direct and indirect spend.

You will develop category strategies, consolidate spend, negotiate contracts, evaluate ERP platforms (Oracle/YARDI) and lead stakeholders with strong UAE market knowledge.

The role requires 5–7 years in procurement and a university degree.

Qualifications

• Understanding of tender processes and commercial terms.
• Experience with procurement sourcing software and ERP systems.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Procure category materials and services for assigned verticals.
• Develop category hierarchies for direct and indirect spend.
• Assess market factors and develop sourcing strategies.
• Consolidate spend and conduct spend analysis.
• Manage end-to-end tender cycles and bid evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts and clauses with vendors/subcontractors.
• Manage supplier risk and performance evaluations.
• Lead ERP/system evaluations and vendor management initiatives.
