You will establish and maintain DOA policies, manage approvals, and drive efficiency across Central Stores and procurement functions.

Qualifications

• 15–17 years of experience with minimum 6 years in senior management.
• Contract management and procurement management experience in contracted services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all existing and prospective Contracts and ensure overall compliance.
• Reduce operations costs through innovative contract and procurement techniques.
• Implement all strategies and objectives related to procurement and contracts, general administrations, and logistics/inventory.
• Maintain all documents related to Contracts and procurements department for easy tracking.
• Manage all activities related to the inventory by ensuring timely availability of materials, with a proper turnover of inventory by implementing a cost-effective process.
• Create and implement departmental KPIs for proper monitoring and corrective actions.
• Assist department in developing and implementing purchasing and material strategy.
• Manage and supervise major projects and assignments related to any construction activities by liaison with technical end users.
• Liaison with audits for any enquiries/findings related to the sections.
