Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking Planning Engineers to support integrated programme scheduling, progress monitoring, schedule analysis and forecasting across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on reviewing contractor schedules, maintaining the Master Schedule, performing critical path and sequencing analyses, and delivering dashboards and reports to track progress and mitigate delays.

Qualifications

• Strong planning experience on major infrastructure, energy or utility projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 capability.
• Strong critical-path and schedule-analysis skills.
• Experience with EPC project schedules.
• Ability to analyse delays, progress trends and recovery plans.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse contractor schedules.
• Maintain the integrated Master Program Schedule.
• Perform critical path, float and sequencing analysis.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress.
• Identify schedule slippage and delay risks.
• Review recovery and mitigation schedules.
• Integrate procurement milestones and long-lead equipment.
• Prepare schedule dashboards and periodic reports.
• Support earned value and S-curve analysis.
• Participate in milestone readiness and schedule review meetings.
