Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned professional to contribute to the development and execution of the corporate strategy, five-year plans, and performance management. The role emphasizes implementing the Balanced Scorecard to align long-term imperatives with business objectives and stakeholder value.

The position focuses on strategic planning across divisions, KPI development, data analysis for management and shareholders, and driving efficiency, ISO compliance, HSE adherence, and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Strategic Management or equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in Strategic Planning within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas.

Responsibilities

• Develop divisional strategic objectives, KPIs, and initiatives using Balanced Scorecard system.
• Contribute to Five Year Strategic Plan alignment with long-term imperatives and objectives.
• Draft guidelines for Five Year Plan to ensure structured content and alignment with long-term plans.
• Collect and analyze corporate data to prepare Five Year Business Plan for management and shareholders.
• Evaluate previous plans for alignment, accuracy, and decision-making support.
• Provide input for performance analysis presentations to Shareholders and ELT.
