ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Planning professional to coordinate and monitor the Operations division’s business planning activities in Abu Dhabi. You will track progress, prepare site plans, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and ISO compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years in oil & gas planning, with strong budgeting and process improvement skills. On-site work is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering (preferable).
• 6 years of experience in business planning within a large industrial organisation, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Good knowledge of gas processing plants and related streams.
• Good knowledge and exposure to budgeting, costing and financial analysis principles, and methodologies.
• Good knowledge of planning terminologies commonly used in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Well versed to relevant planning systems and tools.
• Understanding of the inter-relationship of various planning functions/processes which support the business.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor the Operations division’s planning activities and track progress to provide timely information for management decision making.
• Coordinate the preparation of site short term and long term business plans under the direction of the Section Leader and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordinate all ISO/BMS activities and communicate with sites for look ahead planning of systems.
• Support development and review of level-3 and level-4 procedures in line ISO guidelines and update them with organizational changes.
• Prepare yearly quality objectives for site as per ISO procedures and track timely achievements.
• Provide support for ISO audits and follow up on audit recommendations.
