Job summary

RX in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager for the Middle East to secure strategic partnerships, attract sponsors and exhibitors, and expand the Jewellery, Watch & Retail sectors at the JWS event.

The role drives commercial growth, builds relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborates with marketing and operations to ensure successful delivery in the GCC market. English and Arabic fluency is required, with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within events industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in various retail industry like Jeweler, watch, Apparel etc.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent “International Jewelry and Watch shows” at industry events and networking opportunities.
