Job summary

RX Global is seeking an Account Manager for the Middle East to secure strategic partnerships, attract sponsors and exhibitors, and expand the JWS event’s presence in the jewelry, watch and retail industry in the GCC market.

The role focuses on driving commercial growth, building relationships with stakeholders, and working with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery across the region. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within events industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Results-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure sponsorships, exhibitors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow event participation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in various retail industries like Jeweler, watch, Apparel etc.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach efforts.
• Represent "International Jewelry and Watch shows" at industry events and networking opportunities.
