The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional role; it is a ground-floor opportunity to become a foundational partner and co-architect of our success in the UAE. We are seeking a senior, well-connected professional to be the commercial cornerstone of our Abu Dhabi operations. Your mission will be to leverage your deep market knowledge and extensive network to forge strategic, high-level partnerships and embed our state-of-the-art technologies within the nation's landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Development : Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, senior government officials, and key decision-makers within Abu Dhabi's most critical entities, including ADNOC and its subsidiaries, Etihad Rail, major EPC contractors like Trojan, and strategic initiatives such as the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Zone (ICCDZ).
• High-Value Project Acquisition : Proactively identify, pursue, and secure large-scale projects in the fields of engineering, infrastructure, and energy that require our specialized deep detection and rapid surveying technologies.
• Market Navigation : Expertly navigate Abu Dhabi's complex procurement, tendering, and regulatory processes, providing strategic guidance to ensure successful bids and project awards.
• Commercial Leadership : Drive the entire business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, consistently achieving ambitious commercial targets.
• Brand Ambassadorship : Represent Hunan Lianzhi Technology at the highest level in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic negotiations, positioning us as a premier technology partner in the region.

Qualifications & Experience

• A proven and demonstrable track record of successfully securing multi-million dollar projects with government, semi-government, or major private sector entities in Abu Dhabi. This is a mandatory requirement.
• An extensive, active, and high-level professional network within the UAE's Energy (Oil & Gas), Infrastructure, or Public sectors.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in a senior business development, government relations, or commercial leadership role within the UAE market.
• Deep, firsthand understanding of the local business culture, decision-making processes, and stakeholder landscape in Abu Dhabi.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage credibly at the executive level.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
