Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT for Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance.

This onsite role in Dubai requires 3–5 years of experience, with strong skills in business requirements gathering, BRD preparation, and functional QA/UAT. You will gather requirements, prepare BRDs for Oracle HRMS/Finance, participate in RFP processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ERP enhancements and integrations, including

Qualifications

Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs for Oracle ERP/Fusion initiatives covering HRMS and Finance.
Participate in the RFP process, including defining functional requirements and evaluating vendor solutions.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the RFP lifecycle.
Perform functional QA/UAT testing and validate business requirements.
Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Support Oracle ERP/Fusion-related functional activities across HRMS and Finance.
