About the Role

At Pathfinder , the Strategic Ops Partner is the CINO’s operational co-pilot — managing priorities, coordinating rituals, tracking execution, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You’re not a traditional EA or project coordinator. You’re the calm in the chaos — the person who makes innovation execution feel structured, seamless, and scalable.

• Coordinate and facilitate rituals across the innovation org (standups, sprint reviews, retros, demos, etc.)
• Manage the CINO’s calendar, planning cadence, and stakeholder updates
• Track action items, follow-ups, and weekly priorities across teams
• Maintain OKR dashboards, decision logs, and release trackers
• Support board presentation decks, product showcase docs, and weekly leadership updates
• Ensure Notion documentation is complete, up-to-date, and accessible
• Align with SDA, QA, Strategists, and Program Manager to ensure flow across squads
• Coordinate partner reviews, demo days, enablement sessions, and retrospectives
• Act as the glue between CINO, strategy, delivery, and external execution
• 3–5 years in executive support, program ops, or strategy operations
• Experience managing projects, calendars, and meeting cadences
• Skilled in Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and OKR tools
