Assistant Office Manager – Strategy & Development

What you’ll deliver

• You’ll assist and support the Strategy & Development Senior Leadership Team in managing the unit budget including planning, forecasting and utilization.
• You’ll act as a gate keeper for approvals and signature requests, to ensure successful delivery of the unit goals.
• You’ll manage an overall administrative support to the wider Strategy and Development teams to enable smooth running of the business, this includes coordination with Business Technology.
• You’ll efficiently assist the Office Manager on any administrative and executive support related tasks as delegated.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree Level specialized in Business Administration or a related field.
• You should have 3‑5 years of experience in an aviation industry or a related one.
• You should have proficient knowledge of MS Office and excellent computer literacy.
