Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Procurement Manager in Dubai, UAE. The role leads the group procurement function, driving strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and ELV packages.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of procurement experience, including 5+ years in leadership within MEP contracting in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, materials, equipment, and subcontracting practices.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, procurement software, and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement function at group level across multiple projects.
• Develop procurement strategies and drive cost optimization.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract packages for MEP systems.
• Collaborate with commercial, estimation and project teams for successful delivery.
