Job summary

The Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) is seeking a skilled Media and Communications professional to lead strategies that strengthen public image and stakeholder engagement in Dubai. You will collaborate with internal teams, media agencies and external partners to ensure accurate, timely content across platforms.

Ideal candidates boast at least two years in media and communications, with preferred experience in fast-paced government environments and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in media and communications.
• Preferred: experience in media relations and content production in fast-paced corporate/government environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement media and communication strategies to strengthen public image and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content aligned with organisational needs and priorities.
• Liaise with media agencies to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of content.
• Monitor and report media coverage, providing insights to improve future strategies.
• Manage editorial calendar and coordinate with writers, designers and photographers.
• Develop quality standards for publications and designs per branding guidelines.
• Analyze content performance using data and feedback to inform strategies.
• Build relationships with media organisations and external agencies for initiatives.
• Support updates to published content to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Attend external events to provide coverage and media support.
