Job summary

Marsh UAE is seeking a Marketing Business Partner - Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Dubai. You will translate regional priorities into market plans, lead end-to-end campaigns, and drive thought leadership across Marsh and its operating entities.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, manage complex stakeholder networks, and ensure impactful execution of campaigns, events, and content across multiple geographies. Fluency in Arabic is required; English is desirable.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Proven delivery of integrated campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with marketing tools, content workflows, and digital channels.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional priorities into clear market plans, timelines, and deliverables across key businesses and geographies.
• Drive end-to-end campaign management and governance; plan, execute, track, and measure campaigns.
• Lead execution of integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, internal comms, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage day-to-day delivery against timelines; ensure quality and ownership with follow-through.
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to move activity and remove delivery barriers.
• Build thought leadership assets and promote Marsh’s reputation in market.
