Job summary

One Health, Abu Dhabi, seeks an accomplished Marketing Leader to direct the organization’s marketing function, align activities with corporate goals, and grow business opportunities. Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of strategic marketing, brand management, digital marketing, event and sponsorship management, market analysis, budget planning, KPI and ROI measurement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, including 3–5 years in a managerial or department leadership role, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B/B2C.
• Experience in Budgeting, ROI & KPI Management; Business Development & Stakeholder Management; Communication, Negotiation & Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Planning – Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Brand Management & Corporate Communications – Manage and strengthen the brand identity and positioning; oversee PR and corporate communications.
• Campaigns, Events & Digital Marketing – Plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, sponsorships, and digital initiatives.
• Budget & Performance Management – Manage budget, monitor ROI, and prepare performance reports and dashboards.
• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and Executives; build relationships with partners, agencies, suppliers, media.
• Leadership & People Management – Lead and develop the Marketing team; set objectives and promote innovation.
• Governance & Compliance – Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, procurement, and brand guidelines.
