Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Finance/Commercial professional to lead financial analysis, strategic planning, and business case development for its Watsons department. The role involves evaluating store performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Retail HO Finance/Leasing/Store Dev and Investment Board.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in a Finance or Commercial role within a large retail team, strong analytical abilities, and robust leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses to support management decisions and strategic planning.
• Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prepare financial business cases for new stores, brands, or expansions.
• Coordinate with Retail HO Finance/Leasing/Store Dev, Team Finance and Investment Board.
• Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring across regions.
