Job summary

ALLIED D C I Building Contracting L.L.C in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement, storage and distribution of goods across sites. You will ensure on-time delivery and optimize costs while maintaining compliance with company standards.

You will coordinate shipments, liaise with transport providers and forwarders, prepare documentation and support ERP/TMS/WMS workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years proven logistics or site operations experience.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment scheduling, tracking and delivery.
• Support procurement and project teams with shipment planning and cost optimization.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters and clearing agents to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Monitor and manage driver/vehicle schedules and ensure transport safety and quality standards.
• Prepare daily log sheets and weekly logistics reports for management review.
