Majid Al Futtaim, based in Dubai, seeks a Manager – Legal to provide strategic and operational legal support for the Digital and Retail Media division. You will work with Commercial, Product, Marketing, Data Privacy, and Technology teams to enable business growth while managing legal and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on regulatory matters, and developing policies and templates to strengthen governance and efficiency across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant legal experience in UAE.
• Experience with digital advertising, data privacy, e-commerce, and commercial contracts preferred.
• Ability to provide strategic legal advice and manage risks.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including digital advertising and media agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders on commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters.
• Advise on advertising, e-commerce, data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws.
• Conduct legal research on emerging laws and trends and provide practical recommendations.
• Support development of legal policies, templates, and governance.
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks, including data retention and cybersecurity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and timely legal delivery.
• Maintain professional capabilities and adhere to internal controls.
