• Bachelor's degree in education or PCGE.
• Experience in a middle management position within a Primary/Elementary setting.

Responsibilities

• Formulate aims and objectives of the school and monitor progress.
• Provide professional leadership across teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement the School Development Plan priorities.
• Lead professional development for academic staff and plan staff meetings.
• Disseminate curriculum developments and best practices to staff.
• Manage resources to support the academy's goals.
• Establish short, medium and long-term plans for development and resourcing.
• Evaluate teaching and learning to improve student outcomes.
• Collaborate with Principal, Vice Principal and Middle Leadership Team.
