Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks an experienced Material Management Operations Manager to lead inventory strategy across the Automotive Division, balancing stock levels with working capital and service levels. You will coach planners, drive continuous improvement, and partner with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to optimize stock health and ensure high availability across all channels.

Strong SAP experience, BI and Syncron knowledge, and a track record in improving fill rates are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Inventory operations.
• Experience leading a team for 1-2 years, automotive parts preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory management KPIs.
